  1.  Maintain Department wise sterilization trays (O.T. , ICU, NURSING STATIONS, ETC.).

  2. Facilitate in maintenance of Items Record (Received/Returned).

  3. Facilitate Reconcile consumption of items in each department.

  4. Prepare discrepancy list for management's action.

  5. Maintain monthly register for Receipts, Returns and Discrepancies te in entry of Items received from Wards, O.T., ICU, etc for sterilization.

  6. Return of items to received from Wards, O.T., ICU after sterilization
    Consumable Inventory Record Maintenance.

  7. Automatic indenting of material required based on consumption and minimum stock level.
